Purposes and bases of processing

The data is processed for the following purposes:

• conclusion and performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR), issuing invoices, keeping and storing accounting documentation (Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),

• archival (evidence) purposes in the event of a legal need to prove facts and for the purpose of possible determination, investigation or defense against claims, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),

• analytical purposes, such as the selection of services for our clients, optimization of our products or services based on customer comments, optimization of service processes based on the course of sales and after-sales service, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR) ,

• customer satisfaction survey and determining the quality of our service, which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

In connection with our cooperation, the processing of your data may be entrusted to the following entities:

• office@vratislavia-engineering.pl– in order to store your personal data on the mailbox server,

• office@vratislavia-engineering.pl – in order to use the mailing system in which your data is processed for the purpose of sending the newsletter,

• Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA - in order to use Google services, such as Google Drive and Google Docs, under which your personal data may be processed,

• office@vratislavia-engineering.pl – in order to use the invoicing system in which your data is processed for the purposes of issuing an invoice,

• office@vratislavia-engineering.pl – in order to use accounting services provided by an external entity that processes your data visible on invoices.

 

Transfer of data to a third country

Since we use Google services, your data may be transferred to the United States of America (USA) for their storage on servers. Google has joined the Privacy Shield program and thus guarantees an adequate level of personal data protection required by European regulations.

 

Data retention period

Your data will be processed until the end of the limitation period for potential claims under the contract. The data contained in the invoices will be processed until the end of the period for which the law requires the storage of accounting documentation. In addition, some data may also be processed after the expiry of the previously indicated periods for the duration of our business activity for archival, analytical and statistical purposes described in more detail above as part of the indication of the purposes and grounds for data processing.

 

Processing permissions

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:

• the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof,

• the right to rectify (correct) your data,

• the right to delete data (if in your opinion there are no grounds for us to process your data, you may request that we delete it),

• the right to limit the processing of data (you may request that we limit the processing of data only to their storage or performance of actions agreed with you, if we have incorrect data of yours or we process them unjustifiably),

• the right to object to data processing (you have the right to object to data processing on the basis of a legitimate interest; you should indicate to us your particular situation which, in your opinion, justifies us ceasing the processing covered by the objection. We will stop process your data for these purposes, unless we demonstrate that the grounds for data processing by us override your rights or that your data are necessary for us to establish, pursue or defend claims),

• the right to transfer data (you have the right to receive from us in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format personal data that you have provided to us on the basis of a contract or your consent. You can instruct us to send these data directly to another entity),

• the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (if you find that we process data unlawfully, you may submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection or other competent supervisory authority).
